POETRY

LOVE AND HATE

Saunters sweet anticipation
Gently rolling in
Caressing melts imagination
Serenity grins
Waves a sigh to condolence
And resides the day away
Underneath shady consoling
Lays the head of a queen.

Rapidly rushes persuasion
Ripping open the scene
Crashing a stage of illusion
Dismay hides again
Despair seeks out the spoils
And toils within chagrin
Fear sharpens and recoils
Away with her head!
